This position reports to: Service Sales Support Manager __ Your role and responsibilities

Support the Sales organization and customers throughout the proposal process by preparing technical descriptions of the applied products and technology, determining costs, preparing final documentation, and serving as a key technical resource in the assigned area.

The work model for the role is: hybrid

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) electrical distribution networks • including switchgear, protection relays, and associated electrical equipment • Identify customer needs and position ABB’s Digital, Advisory, and Service portfolio solutions to improve asset performance,reliability, and operational efficiency • Proactively identify, develop, and expand customer relationships and target accounts to increase ABB’s customer base • Conduct targeted customer outreach through digital campaigns, phone calls, and other digital & remote communication channels to identify opportunities and generate demand • Qualify incoming leads from the Contact Center, service engineers, and other internal channels, ensuring effective conversion into profitable business opportunities • Utilize Installed Base (IB) data, market intelligence, and customer insights to identify and develop opportunities for upgrades, retrofits, modernization projects, digital solutions, and other value-added services • Prepare quotations (STD & CTO offers), manage commercial follow-ups, and drive opportunities through the sales cycle to successful closure • Develop and execute sales plans, support channel strategy implementation, monitor performance, and recommend corrective actions when required. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date Installed Base information in ServIS and ensure all customer interactions, opportunities, and activities are properly recorded in CRM • Deliver accurate order forecasting with a target accuracy of 95% or higher and contribute to achieving annual order, revenue, and profitability objectives • Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with ABB’s legal, ethical, quality, and safety standards, as well as company policies and procedures

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor degree in related fields • Min 2 years of experience • Sales support experience (Knowledge of low voltage & medium voltage switchgear systems.) • Good command of English and Turkish, both written and spoken • A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and effective written and spoken communication skills • Self-motivation, curiosity and a willingness to learn about new technologies. • Being able to adjust quickly, handle several priorities, and stay organized with time • Highly motivated, motivated, interested, engaged, collaborative and learning
