Key Responsibilities <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Advise management in all Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety-relevant topics for respective plants (e.g. planning, implementing, checking and action) to the employer to comply with the laws, internation standards, Draexlmaier Group standard, customer requirement, and develop it for ongoing efficiency.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Observe the implementation of industrial safety, occupational health, fire protection and accident prevention. (e.g. walk through the work areas and report the inadequacies, as well as suggest actions for their elimination; inspect work accidents; train safety personnel; cooperate in approval of hazardous materials and creating instruction for their use, etc.)</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Observe the implementation of environmental management to reduce the environmental impact of all activities in the respective plants.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Analyze plans or projects and suggestions from various departments and propose safety measures to the employer.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Analyze the work to indicate possible dangers, including setting and presenting preventive measures and procedures for working safety to employer.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Conduct risk assessment of occupational health and safety.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Implement in the area in case of any changes of occupational safety, environmental. (e.g. new processes, products, and new activities)</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Update the Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety legal, and Other EHS requirements based on monthly, and evaluation to ensure all of legal requirements has implemented as required.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Inspect and assess the operation of the workplace to comply with the work plan and project, or occupational safety measures.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Provide advice, teach and train the employees to work safely and without any risk of danger.
