<p style="font-weight:bold"><strong>Responsibilities : </strong></p> <ul> <li>Oversee and manage electrical construction activities for a major petrochemical project.</li> <li>Responsible for ensuring that all electrical works are executed in accordance with project specifications, schedules, and quality standards.</li> <li>Supervise and manage all electrical construction activities, ensuring alignment with project specifications and timelines.</li> <li>Oversee the work of the EPC contractor, ensuring compliance with electrical plans, drawings, and project specifications.</li> <li>Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure that electrical activities are carried out safely and efficiently.</li> <li>Coordinate with project management, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve electrical-related challenges and ensure smooth project execution.</li> <li>Provide technical support and guidance to the construction team, addressing any electrical-related queries or issues.</li> <li>Review and approve electrical plans, drawings, and technical documentation related to the project.</li> <li>Identify and resolve technical problems that may arise during electrical installations, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.</li> <li>Ensure adherence to HSE policies and procedures, promoting a culture of safety on-site.</li> <li>Maintain detailed records of electrical activities, including progress updates, delays, and corrective actions.</li> <li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, architects, and project managers, to ensure effective coordination of electrical activities.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering</li> <li>8-12 years of experience in electrical supervision, with a focus on petrochemical or similar projects.</li> <li>Proven experience in a PMC (Project Management Consultancy) environment is highly desirable.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of electrical construction processes, materials, and international standards.</li> <li>Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical plans and specifications.</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</li> <li>Strong communication and leadership skills for team and stakeholder coordination.</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic project environment.</li> </ul>
