This includes technologies and tools such as Microsoft 365, M365 Copilot, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), digital devices (end user devices such as laptops and mobile devices). The role requires managing both projects and BAU activities that span critical areas like desktop services, M365 platforms, Entra ID, email hygiene, SharePoint storage, Microsoft Teams telephony, and overall cloud infrastructure security.
