Assistant Manager, Retail Operations (SG MY) As Assistant Manager, Retail Operations, SGMY, you will be pivotal in supporting the Director of Retail, SGMY, to elevate retail operational excellence, supporting our store teams to consistently exceed retail KPIs. This role is responsible for driving continuous improvement within store operations, directly impacting retail standards, customer experience, and overall performance.
