Leveraging HR resources to manage a site-based HR professional services to managers and employees on site.</p> <p><strong>Major Actions and Support Actions</strong></p> <ul> <li id="input_line_0"><span id="input_part_0">Develop, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and aligned with the company's objectives.
