Our Evergreen & Emerging (E&E) division is home to brands like Match, Meetic, OkCupid, and Plenty of Fish, plus a fast-growing set of identity-led apps including BLK, Chispa, Upward, and Salams.
We're hiring a Lead Product Manager to drive product vision and strategy across E&E brands like Upward and BLK. We’re looking for an imaginative product leader who can turn deep understandings of specific audiences and their needs into distinctive, compelling experiences. It's a player-coach role: you'll lead a team of product managers, shape end-to-end experiences across iOS and Android, and stay hands-on in execution. You'll partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Finance, and Trust & Safety to build distinctive experiences that drive user growth, retention, and revenue. This role is expected to based in our Dallas, TX office 3 days/week. If you are not based in Dallas, we will be offering relocation assistance for this position.
