Preparing documentation, and producing reports for meetingsPrepare for and attend key account management meetings when requiredTake and screen calls, enquiries and requests, and handle appropriatelyDeal with incoming email and often correspond on behalf of management efficiently and professionallyKeep the clients up to date with all issues regarding their contract and follow up on any requestsRespond to clients needs promptly and be the first point of call ensuring customer service is paramountMaintenance of files, assisting with worksheets, schedules, and other service-related documentsGeneral administrative duties - including typing correspondence, dictation, record keeping etcKeeping the in-house system up to date and updating customer service portals to ensure we adhere to KPIs & SLAsProducing client invoice applications and preparing and sending accurate sales invoicesCommunicating professionally with all people and departments both externally and internallyLogging & processing callouts / maintenance and liaising with engineers to ensure completion Profile description:

Proven administrative experience in a similar role is essentialProficient use of MS Office Systems (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-taskStrong verbal communication and written skillsAbility to work under pressure to demanding deadlines without compromising on accuracyExperience of dealing directly with internal and external clientsRelationship building skills (internal and external) and be a team playerHighly organised, proactive with the ability to work as a Team as well as on own initiativeGood planning and time management skillsAble to resolve conflicting demands to ensure good customer serviceWorking with minimal supervision and utilising initiative We offer:
