We're looking for an experienced Senior IT Support Engineer to join our IT team and play a key role in supporting, maintaining and evolving InfoTrack's UK technology estate.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically skilled and proactive IT professional to take ownership of complex technical issues, contribute to infrastructure and security initiatives, and help drive continuous improvement across a growing and innovative technology business.

What you’ll be doing
In this role, you will: Lead escalations and resolve complex technical issues across the IT estateAdminister and support Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Entra ID, Intune and core business systemsMaintain and improve ISO 27001-aligned processes, including access control, incident, asset and change managementManage Exchange, SharePoint, Teams and the wider Microsoft 365 ecosystemSupport endpoint deployment, security hardening and infrastructure optimisationAct as a senior escalation point and mentor for IT support teamsDevelop documentation, improve processes and ensure SLA compliance What we're looking for
Essential: Strong Microsoft 365 administration and Azure AD / Entra ID identity management experienceExperience managing Intune policies, device configurations and endpoint complianceBroad understanding of Microsoft infrastructure, including endpoints, operating systems, application deployment, networks and SaaS platformsExperience working within an ISO 27001-controlled environmentStrong troubleshooting, documentation and knowledge-sharing capabilitiesExcellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence across teams Desirable (but not essential): Experience supporting multi-site environmentsExperience with CrowdStrike, Mimecast, ScreenConnect or JIRA administrationExposure to infrastructure optimisation and endpoint hardening projectsExperience mentoring or providing technical leadership to support teams Working Hours Your working week will be 37.5 hours per week, typically 9:00am – 5:30pm initially, with opportunities for flexitime and hybrid working between home and our Woking office once probation is completed Salary and Progression Competitive salary, aligned with your experience and impactYou’ll also benefit from annual performance reviews, providing a clear pathway for career development and salary progression Benefits and Rewards At InfoTrack, we believe in rewarding our people and creating a positive workplace culture.
