Resident Advisor – Ty Nant Our welcoming residents team at Ty Nant is looking to appoint a Resident Advisor on a permanent basis to join Fresh and help deliver an outstanding place for our residents to live.
The Role As a Resident Advisor, you will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm on a rota basis, as part of a collaborative and supportive on-site team.
You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, safe and engaging environment for our residents. This includes organising social events, managing both digital (social media) and traditional communications, and supporting day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities Acting as the first point of contact for residents, delivering excellent customer service via email, phone and face-to-faceCreating a vibrant community through events and resident engagement initiativesSupporting reception duties, including welcoming residents and visitorsAssisting with administrative tasks, including processing rental payments accuratelyBuilding strong relationships with residents, colleagues and the wider teamHelping ensure the smooth and efficient running of the building About You We’re looking for someone who is:
