We’re now looking for a Franchise Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our franchising strategy across the business.
The Role This is a high-impact, senior position where you’ll operate with autonomy and influence at executive level, driving Foodbuy’s growth agenda through franchising.
You’ll act as the bridge between brands, sales and clients, unlocking new franchise opportunities while strengthening existing partnerships and delivering like-for-like growth.
What You’ll Be Doing Leading the franchising strategy across Foodbuy and Compass sectorsBuilding and managing strategic relationships with franchise partnersIdentifying and introducing new franchise opportunities into the businessDriving commercial performance through structured business planning and KPI deliveryActing as the key commercial contact for franchise agreements and performance reviewsCollaborating with Commercial Directors and sector leads to align strategyEnsuring a consistent, scalable approach to franchise mobilisation and growthSupporting sustainability initiatives across the franchise supply chain What We’re Looking For Proven experience within franchising, with a track record of delivering growth and successful partnershipsStrong commercial acumen with the ability to influence at senior levelStrategic thinker with experience delivering complex, large-scale initiativesConfident communicator and presenter across multiple stakeholder groupsData-driven and analytical, with strong attention to detailA collaborative, high-energy approach with a clear growth mindset Why Join Foodbuy?
