Major DutiesSupervises, manages, and directs the marketing, operation and development of the installation’s Recycling Program.Coordinates recycling functions with local community organizations, installation tenants to generate recycling opportunities forthe installation.Develops business plan covering projected recycle programs, staffing requirements, funding levels, equipment needs and facility needs.Serves as the installation expert and advisor on all issues related to Recycling Program.
