We are Grab Rentals ID. We provide fleet supply to Grab, serving the non bank-able partner to work as Grab's driver-partner. In the Fleet team, we identify opportunities to maintain the competitive cost to serve through maintenance strategy, strategic partnership and excellence process in vehicle operating process. We are serving 11 cities and in Jabodetabek we have 5 different pool locations.

As our Quality Operation & Analytics Associate, you will be the bridge between our nationwide pools and our strategic goals. Your mission is File Filing & Management: Organizing and maintaining accurate records and also inputting and matching physical documents with system data (accurate filing). The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
Manage safe inventory of documents & spare keys of fleets in daily basisTrack aging of documents borrowed and ensure every transaction of documents are securely done, clearly tracked.File Filing & Management: Organizing and maintaining accurate records and also inputting and matching physical documents with system data (accurate filing).Audit support : allowing & facilitating inspection or stock opname by authorized personnel. What Essential Skills You Will Need
Minimum Bachelor's Degree from any MajorAt least 2 years of working in the automotive industry i.e Fleet Management / Car Rental / Ride Hailing / automotiveWilling to work in BSD Pool Life at Grab
