About this role
We are seeking a Biomolecule Production Scientist to support mammalian cell culture, transient transfection, and protein production workflows. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in biochemistry or a related field who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced laboratory environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain mammalian cell lines using aseptic technique and ensure consistent supply for twice-weekly transient transfection processes.Perform transient transfections and purify antibodies/proteins using automated equipment under supervision.Assist with molecular biology tasks such as cloning and plasmid preparation after training.Accurately document experimental procedures and results in client-provided Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELNs).Analyze and summarize data upon training and contribute to troubleshooting and continuous improvement efforts. B.S. in Biochemistry or a related field.1–2 years of relevant laboratory experience.Proficiency in aseptic technique and mammalian cell culture.Basic understanding of molecular biology techniques.Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorshipPreferred Skills:

The position is full-time, first shift, Monday-Friday. Candidates must be flexible to adapt to schedule changes requiring shift changes and/or weekend work, and overtime may be required as needed. Candidates living within a commutable distance of Cambridge, MA, are encouraged to apply.
