The Opportunity
As our Retention Marketing Executive, you’ll help deliver campaigns that strengthen customer relationships and reduce churn. Working closely with the Retention Lead, you’ll create clear communications and support engagement activity, contributing to our journey towards An Electric Britain.
You’ll join us on a salary starting at £36,400 per annum. This is a hybrid role, with time spent in our #Hove office a couple of times a week, alongside working from home for the rest of your week.
This is a hands-on opportunity to grow your experience across retention, CRM, and customer engagement. You’ll work with data, tools, and teams across the business to improve campaigns and deliver meaningful results.

Experience writing customer-facing content across digital or print channelsStrong ability to structure communications with clear messaging and calls to actionExperience delivering marketing campaigns from idea to launch and tracking performanceExperience using automated marketing platforms and CRM tools such as BrazeAbility to think through customer journeys and shape communications accordinglyConfidence using tools, templates and data to create and deploy communicationsStrong organisational skills, managing multiple campaigns and prioritiesExperience collaborating with stakeholders to deliver campaign activityHigh attention to detail with a consistent and thorough approachEnthusiasm to roll up your sleeves and deliver the best outcomes for customers and the businessWhat You’ll Be Doing
Creating and deploying insight-led retention campaigns across email, SMS, print and digital channelsWriting clear and consistent communications that support engagement and retention activityMonitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities to improve resultsSupporting continuous optimisation through test and learn approachesWorking with internal stakeholders to deliver compliant, effective campaignsPay, Benefits and Culture
