Purpose of the Role
Lead and coordinate global fleet management activities to ensure efficient, safe and cost-effective vehicle operations across all regions. Support global mobility and testing operations by managing fleet planning, coordination, supplier communication, compliance and operational standards. Responsible for organizing daily fleet activities, supporting regional teams and ensuring alignment with company policies and business objectives.

Manage and coordinate global fleet operations and daily activitiesSupport planning and utilization of company vehicles across regionsCoordinate vehicle allocation, scheduling and fleet availabilityMonitor fleet-related costs, reporting and operational efficiencyCoordinate international vehicle logistics and transportation activitiesManage communication with external suppliers, leasing companies and service providersSupport procurement of fleet-related services, equipment and materialsEnsure compliance with internal fleet policies and local regulationsSupport development and implementation of global fleet standards and processesCoordinate maintenance, inspections, registrations and service activitiesSupport onboarding and training related to fleet processes and vehicle usageEnsure workplace safety and compliance with ESH requirementsSupport ISO/quality management processes and documentationMaintain accurate fleet records, reporting and operational documentation Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering.Experience as a global fleet operations manager with corporate policies, optimizes operational costs, and ensuring compliance with international regulations (preferred)Minimum 5 years of experience with international logistics, supply chain, or fleet operations (mandatory)Deep familiarity with telematics platforms for tracking fleet metrics and performance (mandatory)Project management skills Self-organization and ability to work with autonomy.Strong communication and interaction skillsStrong team player within intercultural and international environmentProactive problem-solving mind-set and willingness to learnCommitted and self-drivenIntercultural competency along with clear and open communication abilities that support the growth of diversitySolid computer skills and Office tools.Portuguese language skills written and spoken (mandatory)English language skills written and spoken (mandatory)Availability for travelling internationally Integration in a challenging and international work environment, featured by the existence of state-of-the-art technologies
