About this role
Experian Consumer Services are looking for a motivated Junior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to support the development, maintenance, and optimisation of our Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about CRM technology, digital marketing, and customer engagement.
You will work closely with developers, campaign teams, analysts, and stakeholders to help build and deliver personalised marketing journeys, email campaigns, automations, and integrations within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
This is a hybrid, London based role (40% in the office) reporting to the Head of CRM Data & Operations.
Important Responsibilities
Help develop and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutionsBuild and deploy email campaigns, landing pages, and customer journeysHelp create and maintain automations using Automation Studio and Journey BuilderDevelop SQL queries, data extensions, and segmentation logicAssist with API integrations and data synchronisation activitiesSupport testing, troubleshooting, and bug fixing across SFMC implementationsWork with marketing and CRM teams to understand campaign requirementsEnsure campaigns follow best practice for deliverability, accessibility, and complianceMaintain documentation for technical processes and solutionsSupport platform governance, security, and data quality initiatives Degree in Computer Science, Marketing Technology, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent practical experienceRelevant internships, placements, or junior development experience beneficialProgramming background with some understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud i.e.Journey BuilderEmail StudioAutomation StudioContact BuilderEssential
Understanding of HTML/CSS for email developmentSQLThe following tools / experience will help in this position but are not essential:-
