Role Description
Generate and present 5 original video scripts and 5 creative content ideas daily, aligned with campaign goals and brand voice. Lead end-to-end video production, from ideation and scripting to subtitling and final edits. Produce high-quality short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Ads. Ensure all creative output aligns with the team's aesthetic direction; a strong portfolio match is essential. Leverage tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects, while incorporating AI tools creatively to streamline production. Collaborate closely with the creative team and mentor junior team members or virtual assistants when needed. Stay ahead of industry trends and social platform dynamics, ensuring content remains engaging, relevant, and high-performing.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a similar creative or digital content role, preferably within e-commerce or marketing environments. A strong portfolio that reflects your ability to produce visually compelling and brand-aligned content. Capability to independently ideate, write your own subtitles, and manage video projects with minimal supervision. Advanced skills in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and comfort working with AI-based creative tools. Strong visual storytelling abilities, with excellent attention to detail and time management. Confident communicator with critical thinking skills, emotional intelligence, and a collaborative mindset. Leadership potential - someone proactive, responsible, and able to guide or support junior creatives effectively.
