What we are looking forWe are looking for a new Head of Merchant Success to join our team. In this role you will have the possibility to develop as a leader and make your team shine. We will create the best and exhilarating atmosphere for both our merchants, their end-consumers, and our employees.

Our current Head of Merchant Success is taking on a new role internally and we are looking for the right candidate to fill the shoes and continue to develop the team and our relationships with our merchants. You will be managing four teams within Merchant success: Merchants Support, Merchant Tech, Merchant Onboarding and Merchant Underwriting. You will also work in close collaboration with our Sales teams and various team members be a part of the sales cycle and onboarding journey. You must proactively identify areas for improvement and take charge of leading the change. You will be the face of Merchant Success and Qliro towards potential clients, ensuring our continuous growth.

What you’ll do:Lead the team behind every successful launch. Our Head of Merchant Success drives the full onboarding journey, from contract to go-live, making sure merchants hit the ground running

Continue to build and maintain a world-class Merchant Success team by recruiting, mentoring, and coaching talent and creating a roadmap to ensure consistent engagement from your teams

Ensure steady and robust execution by your teams in delivering exceptional experiences for our merchants

Set the strategy, roadmap and be responsible for developing the merchant journey within Qliro and drive areas of improvements

Act as an interface between merchants and the product organization to identify whether current needs are being met by the product, and any new requirements the merchants may develop over time

Ensure the integrability of Qliro merchant products and assist in closing sales deals

Playing an active role in supporting the Merchant Acquisition team during sales meetings

Playing an active role in supporting Merchant Development (KAMs) as required

Manage stakeholders especially with regards to investigation into merchant needs and gather requirements for new features or functionality

Support team members managing Merchant Onboarding Projects

We believe:You are an experienced leader in fast paced environments, successfully leading agile development teams with end-to-end ownership

You have the ability to participate in strategic discussions and translate them into actionable goals for your team

You have exceptional communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members, peers, and C-level management

You are structured and enjoy working with multiple stakeholders.

You have the interest and ability to multi-task and navigate around different areas

You are fluent in spoken and written English, and Swedish. Any other nordic language fluency is a plus!

Day to day tasks:Oversee day-to-day operation

Member of project and steering groups to make sure the merchant perspective is considered

Act as voice of the merchants and devise solutions to meet merchant needs.

Feedback loops – make sure feedback is taken care of internally

Monitor team performance and report on metrics

Set clear team goals and follow up

Delegate tasks and set deadlines

Discover training needs and provide coaching

Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.

Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills
