We’re looking for a Recruitment Assistant to join our team in Stockholm and help ensure smooth and efficient hiring processes from start to finish. About the Role: As a Recruitment Assistant, you’ll work closely with our recruiters and hiring managers to support the daily operations of our recruitment activities. Your role will be key to ensuring a positive candidate experience and a streamlined internal workflow. Your Responsibilities:
Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
Help screen CVs and organize candidate profiles.
Keep applicant tracking systems and databases up to date.
Support employer branding and recruitment events as needed.
Ensure timely follow-ups and contribute to a great candidate experience.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative support (preferred but not required).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication skills in both Swedish (required) and English.
Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
A proactive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
