The successful candidate will:
Have experience of working with children in the primary school phaseHave a good knowledge and understanding of children with SEND.Be receptive to training and implement strategies given to support the children.Have the ability to communicate well with parents and the class teacher.Be an enthusiastic, inspirational and caring teaching support assistant.Be practising Catholics or have a strong commitment to promoting and enhancing our Catholic ethos, and vision of ‘a joyful, aspirational community rooted in faith’Be creative, and reflective teachers who nurture, motivate and inspire children to achieve their best.Be highly organised, adaptable and able to work well as part of a dedicated team.Be willing to make an active contribution to the broader life of the school.
