About this role
We are seeking to appoint a passionate and knowledgeable SENDCo to join our happy, inclusive school community. This is a full-time role (32.5 hours, 5 days per week, Term time only), with the potential for a one-day teaching commitment.

The successful candidate will:
Be committed to inclusion and ensuring that every child achieves their full potentialHave a strong understanding of responsive teaching, using assessment and precise feedback to identify and address barriers to learningDemonstrate the ability to implement effective “keep up” and intervention strategies, ensuring pupils with SEND make strong progressPromote high expectations for learning and behaviour, supporting staff in consistent, supportive approaches to correction and guidanceWork collaboratively with teachers, support staff, parents, and external agencies to secure the best outcomes for pupilsLead and develop high-quality provision for pupils with SEND across the schoolIn return, we offer:
