About this role
We are seeking to appoint a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and dynamic team at Meon Infant and Junior School on a Fixed Term basis. You will play a vital role in providing high-quality teaching and learning support under the guidance of classroom teachers, helping to make learning engaging, accessible and inclusive for all pupils.

Key responsibilities:
Deliver tailored support to pupils under the direction of the Classroom TeacherCoach and support pupils' learning by supervising and assisting them in1:1 sessions and small groupsHelp pupils engage across a variety of learning activities and interventionsWork collaboratively with staff to ensure pupils have access to the resources they need to succeedAbout You:
A confident communicator with strong written and verbal skillsEducated to a minimum Grade 4/C (or equivalent) in English and MathematicsHighly motivated, energetic and reflective with a passion for helping pupils and building positive relationships with both students and parents/carersFixed term contract until 31/08/2027
