Support the Raising Standards Leads in providing pastoral care and behaviour support to the students Support the systems that will enable the school to improve on the base figures on attendance and truancy as set by the government. Provide support to allow students to better cope with the challenges they face.
The successful candidate will have:
Experience of working with children in a professional setting. The ability to write detailed reports, letters and complete complex returns. Ability to establish respectful and trusting relationships with children, their families, carers and other adults. Good organisational skills to manage your time effectively.
