About this RoleWe are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our hardworking and friendly team, working across both our Primary and Secondary Phases.
About the Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting pupils within the classroom, working closely with class teachers and under the guidance of the SENDCo team. You will help ensure that pupils receive the support they need to overcome barriers, make good progress, and enjoy their learning experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide in-class support to pupils across a range of subjects and age groupsWork collaboratively with teachers and the SENDCo team to implement support strategiesFoster a positive and inclusive learning environmentEncourage pupil engagement and independenceSupport pupils’ emotional and social developmentMaintain accurate records of pupil progress and support providedThe Ideal Candidate Will:
