Role and responsibilities include
Assisting the Senior Leadership Team in the implementation of school policies and proceduresTaking responsibility for the School’s Data Management System.Managing and maintaining Arbor Finance and Arbor Education MISMaintaining communication with the school’s wider community.Promoting the school’s Catholic ValuesPromoting the aims, objectives and ethos of the school.Providing the first point of contact through face-to-face visitors to site or through telephone and email contact.Liaising with external agencies as appropriateEnsuring specific day to day functions of the school run smoothlyEnsuring a healthy, clean and safe environment is maintained to high standardEstablishing good working relationships with all stakeholders
Skills/Experience Required:
First-hand administration experienceKeen eye for detail, punctual and organisedAbility to hit the ground running with little guidanceExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenUnderstand handling confidential informationAble to work independently but also as part of a team
Knowledge of Data Management Systems including Arbor Finance and Arbor Education (of comparative)
