About this role
To work within a team in the Curriculum Plus Centre (CPC) which is an isolation room as well as a well-being room for students who may be there to reflect upon their behaviours, or need additional support to reset within the school day.To support students when doing their work and adapting learning resources for individual students with the aim of improving students’ attitude to school, as well as their attendance and attainment.To deliver reflection and educational work with the student to assist them in identifying where their behaviours may not match to our King John values.To contribute to the work of the behaviour team, as directed by the Behaviour Lead, Deputy Headteacher or Headteacher, to develop the school’s ethos; achieve the school’s aims as well as the 5 strands of “Every Child Matters”.
To maintain the administration of behavioural systems across the school.
