Qualifications & Training
General Education: A good level of general education, including a good standard in English and Maths (GCSE or equivalent).
IT Competency: Good IT competency specifically in Microsoft Office packages.
Desirable: A-Levels and a First Aid Certificate.
Knowledge & ExperienceSystems & Data Entry: Experience with data entry, producing reports, and using computerised systems (such as Arbor and databases).
Software: Practical experience using Microsoft Office packages, specifically including PowerPoint and Excel.
Liaison: Experience liaising with third parties and handling enquiries from the Leadership team.
Independent Working: Experience working effectively on your own initiative without close supervision, alongside organising your own workload to meet strict deadlines.
Desirable: Prior experience working in a school office setting.

SkillsCommunication: Effective verbal and written communication skills , with the ability to relate well to adults and children from all ethnic and cultural groups.

Teamwork & Discretion: The ability to work cohesively as part of a team while maintaining absolute discretion and confidentiality.
Desirable: Any second language (verbal or written).
