The successful candidate will:
Champion a strong focus on nurture and pupil wellbeing, recognising that every child is uniqueProvide strategic oversight of The Ark, our specialist provision, ensuring its continued development and strong integration within the schoolSupport and develop staff confidence in meeting the needs of children in mainstream education who require additional support, ensuring effective connection with Ark resourcesSustain and grow our valued wraparound care provision (Ducklings), recognising its importance for children, families and the wider school communityLead the delivery of a broad, balanced and ambitious curriculum that enables all pupils to thriveDemonstrate the wisdom to recognise and respond to every child’s individual needsWe are seeking a leader who:
