Main duties of the job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an energetic and dedicated service manager to join the Neurology Team on a permanent basis. This post is perfect for an experienced manager keen to progress a career in operational and general management, who is looking for further exposure in a busy and complex cross site specialty.
There are plenty of personal and professional development opportunities, including autonomous working and project management.
Experience of managing RTT pathways, direct line management and providing visible leadership is essential for this role.
The candidate will also be expected to have strong communication skills, be empathetic and have the ability to work collaboratively across sites and teams.
This role is full time and cross site depending on service requirements.
