Job summary
We are looking to recruit a motivated and committed Phlebotomist to join our friendly and supportive team.
The post is for 7.5 hours, 8am to 4.30pm on a Friday.
You will be working alongside our existing Practice Nurses and GP Assistants but be confident and skilled enough to work alone.
Experience of dressings, health checks, performing ECG's, and assisting in minor surgery sessions would be desirable, although we can offer training.
Ability to perform venepuncture is essential.
You will be a team player, able to prioritise your workload and remain calm under pressure.

Job description Job responsibilities

Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
Educated to GCSE Level or equivalent. Completion of health care certificate. Demonstrated skills and experience in phlebotomy.
Experience Essential
Phlebotomy. Experience of working in a healthcare environment. Experience of working with the general public. Provision of health care advice and information.
