The Everest Health Partnership is a busy, forward-thinking GP practice operating across three sites in South East London:
Eltham
Kidbrooke Village
Chislehurst
Serving a diverse and growing patient population of over 21,000 patients, with further expansion expected over the next 35 years as Kidbrooke continues to develop, we are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and reliable Salaried GP to join our established and supportive team.
The Role
This position is for 6 sessions per week and will include a mixture of:
eConsults
Telephone consultations
Face-to-face appointments

About You

Main duties of the job

Varied patient demographic with a manageable workload, and great support from an experienced multi-disciplinary clinical team
The clinical day is usually split between a mix of e-consults, telephone calls and face to face appointments. Monday - Friday our clinics run from 0800 - 1830.
Offering 6 sessions, with some flexibility of working days and session timings.
We are offering £11,500 per session and will cover MDU.
We offer 6 weeks pro rata leave with one week study leave.
Experience of working in South East London desirable.
Experience working with trainees and medical students desirable.

We are a well-organised training practice with a strong multidisciplinary team consisting of:
4 GP Partners
8 Salaried GPs
5 GP Registrars
1 Advanced Care Practitioner
4 Nurses
3 Pharmacists
2 Prescribing Clerks
Alongside our experienced clinical team, we have highly supportive administrative and clerical teams who work collaboratively to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and high standards of patient care.
Job description Job responsibilities
The clinical day is usually split between a mix of e-consults, telephone calls and face to face appointments. Our clinics are from 8 in the morning and finish at 6.30pm on Mondays and Fridays and 7pm on the other working days. We also offer appointments on Saturday mornings.
There will be occasional home visits, but demand is reduced due to the current situation.
You will have Docman workflow which is vaiable however this is not onerous as we have reduced GP admin through workflow optimisation.
As a salaried doctor you will see only the results you generate.

Qualifications Essential
Fully qualified GP.
