We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Head of Healthcare to join the team at HMP Lindholme, a category C Prisonin South Yorkshire.
Interview Date: 8th July at HMP Lindholme Hours
This is a full time role working 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday in core business hours.
Salary
This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary from £52,000 to £55,944 per annum - depending on experience.

Main duties of the job
As a Deputy Head of Healthcare your responsibilities will vary. You will:
Work closely with the Head of Healthcare and senior team to deliver the best service possible to patients Support all pathways that we offer - mental health, primary care and substance misuse Deputise for the Head of Healthcare when necessary Have responsibility for the operational management of the service Continuously review and assess the service being delivered Review and improve standards and processes Support the Head of Healthcare in delivering agreed contractual requirements and targets from NHS England and drive their strategic vision for the service Ensure effective day-to-day operational management of all clinical services across the site Ensure agreed standards are achieved by leading, developing and motivating your team, ensuring they receive appropriate managerial supervision and performance appraisal If you are interested in career development, we have a wide range of opportunities for you to develop your skills and experience, which include both internal and external options for development and learning.

Qualifications, skills and experience required:
Degree or appropriate equivalent level of experience or clinical qualification Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams Experience of working in CQC or equivalent registered services Experience of client management or meeting commissioner expectations Understanding of clinical governance Experience of data reporting Secure environments are one of the most challenging, yet rewarding places for healthcare professionals to work.
