Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust (KCHFT) is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Dietitian to join ourCommunity Dietetics Adults Team. If you are currently a Band 5 dietitian seeking to progress in your career but do not yethave all the relevant experience, we are pleased to be able to offer this as a 6 months development opportunity as a Band5 - progressing to a Band 6 role once relevant competencies are met by the end of the 6 month period.
Based at Trinity House, Ashford, this role offers a varied and rewarding workload across community settings, where you can see the realdifference your dietetic advice makes to patients' lives.
The post is full time, with flexible and part time working considered.
Main duties of the job
Delivering face-to-face outpatient clinics Undertaking home visits to support patients in their own homes Running virtual clinics and virtual care home clinics, including remote working from home where appropriate Managing a varied community caseload and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams Contributing to and delivering patient group education sessions Participating in service development and quality improvement (QI) projects We are committed to developing our workforce and offer:

Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics Registered Health Care Professional - HCPC

Demonstratable post graduate dietetic experience Supporting others (mentor / educator / supervisor) experience
