Job summary
The Hounslow Speech and Language Therapy Team are seeking a dynamic and experienced therapist to join as our Lead for Complex Needs.
We are looking for a therapist who has significant experience of working with babies, children and young people with complex needs, with a specialist interest in augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). Post graduate dysphagia training is desirable, and a small clinical caseload could be included in the role.

Main duties of the job
Hounslow Children's Speech and Language Therapy Service is a large well integrated team. We are committed to supporting staff in developing their skills and expertise. We offer a comprehensive supervision and appraisal structure, peer support and both internal and external CPD opportunities.
In support of the above the role includes the opportunity to be involved in training and supervision of staff as well as service development. The senior leadership team works closely together to continue to shape and develop the service, alongside other leads in Children's Therapy Services e.g. physiotherapy and occupational therapy.
