Duties include:
Support medicines optimisation via medication review and prescription reviewProvide expert medicines advice to patients, carers, and staffAssist in safe management of medication stockSupport introduction and evaluation of new medicinesContribute to clinical governance, including auditsSupport pharmacy operations including dispensingAssist in training colleaguesWhat you'll bring:
Hospital pharmacy experience (preferred)Registered Pharmacist with GPhCClinical diploma or equivalentStrong communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a teamWhy join us?
