Main duties of the job The position involves working as a Sous Chef at Brook House Care Home, a 53-bedded residential and dementia care facility rated 'Good' by CQC and 9.9 on Carehome.co.uk. The role requires 38 hours per week with shifts from 8 am to 6 pm, including working every other weekend. The pay rate is £15.24 per hour. Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
Experience as a sous chef or similar role in a healthcare environment or care home is preferred.
