Main duties of the job As a Patient Services Officer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality administrative and patient centred services support to patients, ensuring a positive experience across all interactions.
The role involves managing enquiries that come through the feedback inbox and to the Risk and Compliance team, maintain accurate and confidential records, input and update information on electronic systems, such as Datix and supporting the smooth delivery of patient-centred services with a clear focus on Patient Voice.

Job description Job responsibilities We are looking for someone who can: Provide administrative and operational support to the Complaints Manager. Assist in logging, tracking, and monitoring complaints and concerns. Ensure timely acknowledgement and escalation of complaints in line with policy. Support investigations by gathering information and documentation. Liaise with internal teams to obtain responses and updates around complaints, feedback and DSARs. Log, track, and process Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) in line with GDPR. Support the collation and reporting of themes, trends, and learning. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and update electronic systems. Maintain accurate DSAR records and handle personal data securely. Ensure compliance with organisational policies and complaints standards. Identify and escalate risks affecting patient care or experience.
What youll bring to the role: GCSE qualification in Maths and English. Experience in customer service, administration, or similar roles. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Empathetic and patient focused. Proactive in solving problems and managing queries. Ability to navigate IT systems efficiently including Microsoft Office Suite
