Job summary
Tudor Medical Group is a GP Practice located in Wolverhampton serving ~24,000 patients over 4 branches. We are part of the Wolverhampton Total Health PCN. The successful candidate will be employed by Tudor Medical Group and will be expected to work at all 4 sites( Tudor Medical Centre,Leicester Street Medical Centre, Owen road Medical centre and Wellington Road Surgery) pro rata.

Receive, assist and direct patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous, efficient and effective way. Provide general assistance to the Practice team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone. To provide efficient, helpful, informative and supportive reception and administration services to patients and members of the primary health care team.
A streamlined proactive approach to daily work makes the workload manageable and enjoyable. Systems used include EMIS Web, Docman and AccuRx

Experience of working in a GP practice.

Previous experience with dealing with patients, EMIS web,Docman is preferred
