Main duties of the job We are looking for a compassionate care assistant to support residents in their everyday lives. The role is based at Steep House Nursing Home, a 56 bedded residential, nursing, and dementia home in Petersfield with a CQC rating of Good. You will work full time for 44 hours per week, which includes 12-hour shifts both day and night, and alternate weekends.
