Job summary
Looking for a GP role where continuity of care really matters? Join our highly regarded village training practice in Northamptonshire. We are seeking a Salaried GP for 2-4 sessions per week (preferably Mondays and Wednesdays) to become part of our friendly and supportive team.

Job responsibilities
To provide high-quality, patient-centered care to the registered population of Long Buckby practice, managing a varied caseload and supporting continuous service improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver consultations - face-to-face and phone
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
Prescribe medications and review treatments
Undertake home visits where appropriate
Refer patients to secondary care where required
Maintain accurate clinical records
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team
Participate in clinical meetings
Support safeguarding responsibilities
Contribute to QOF and quality improvement initiatives
Adhere to CQC and NHS standards
Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
GMC registered GP with a licence to practise Primary Care experience Committed to delivering excellent patient care
