The post holder will promote excellence in clinical practice, support the development of high-performing teams, and ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care.

The role will lead and contribute to quality improvement initiatives aligned with the divisional strategy and wider corporate nursing priorities, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Using strong leadership and change management skills, the post holder will play a key role in shaping future service developments, supporting teams through periods of change, and ensuring the continued delivery of outstanding nursing care across a diverse range of clinical services.
