Job summary
We are looking for a friendly and organised Practice Receptionist & Administrator to join our supportive and values-driven team at Inclusion Healthcare. Main duties of the job
You will be the first point of contact for patients, providing a professional and welcoming reception service both face-to-face and over the phone. The role involves supporting the day-to-day running of the practice, managing appointments, handling enquiries, and working closely with the clinical team to ensure patients receive the support they need.
You will engage with a diverse patient group, including individuals with complex needs, so a calm, flexible, and compassionate approach is essential.

Job Purpose
This is a varied, multi-skilled role providing high-quality reception and administrative support within a busy primary care setting.
You will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, supporting access to services in a courteous, professional, and efficient manner, while contributing to the smooth running of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
