Work closely and collaborate with partner agencies to manage these orders, work directly with individuals released from prison and support multi-agency

You will have excellent communication and report writing skills, be able to collaboratively work as part of a team and to independently manage a caseload. You may have an awareness of working in a trauma informed way (while this is desirable, training will be provided). Most of all you will demonstrate the enthusiasm to motivate our service users to make the changes they want and need to change their lives for the better.
