As a Growth Specialist, you will:
Build Netguru's brand visibility in video - own Netguru's short-form video presence on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, from concept to publishTurn our case studies, team expertise, and technical topics into content people actually watchUse AI tools (eg. Runway, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, CapCut AI) as a core part of your production workflow - not as a bonusWork closely with marketing, brand, and growth to make video pull its weight in the funnel
Salary range: Poland & EU: PLN 6,600 - 11,000 (B2B contract) + 20 paid days off
Poland: PLN 5,500 - 9,500 (Contract of Employment).
Requirements
What we're looking for:
2+ years creating and editing short-form video, with a portfolio that shows real growth on at least one channelComfortable on camera — you've filmed yourself before and it doesn't showProficient in tools like CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or After Effects; you don't need a production team to ship polished contentHands-on with AI video tools — generative video, AI editing, synthetic voiceoverOrganized enough to manage your own workload, deadlines, and a small budgetFluent in Polish and English
Nice to have:
Experience making B2B or tech content feel human and watchableMotion graphics basics Podcast or webinar video production and repurposingAny relevant certification (eg. HubSpot Content Marketing)Benefits
