About this role
Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) and Microsoft Dynamics AX, handling requests professionally and ensuring effective solutions are delivered.
Manage support tickets and change requests in a structured and efficient manner, maintaining focus on scope, budget, timelines, and quality.
Support multiple enterprise customers and ensure a high level of service, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction.
Act as a key interface between customers and internal teams through strong communication, active listening, and a customer-centric mindset.
Identify opportunities for system enhancements and additional services based on customer needs and business objectives.
Develop and optimize workflows, data entities, reports, forms, and customizations using X++ and other D365 F&SCM technologies.
Utilize modern development tools and platforms, including source control, application lifecycle management, and AI-assisted development tools.
Contribute to software quality through clean coding practices, code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Solid experience developing solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM or Microsoft Dynamics AX environments.Experience implementing and supporting data integrations using technologies such as Data Management Framework (DMF), Electronic Reporting, Dual Write, OData, integration platforms, or comparable solutions.Strong understanding of D365 F&SCM architecture and standard business modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Asset Management, or related areas.Experience with modern development tools, source control systems, and DevOps platforms.Previous experience in application support, managed services, customer care, or a similar customer-facing technical role is advantageous.Relevant IT education, degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent professional qualification.Personal AttributesStrong team player with a collaborative mindset.Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently.Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.Creative thinker with a continuous improvement mindset.Ability to manage priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
