The role: Contract Engineering Manager (.Net/PHP):
We are recruiting for a Contract Engineering Manager for a duration of initially 6 months. This role is an immediate start and it is fully remote.

What you’ll bring to the table:
You will be responsible for leading and coordinating four small engineering teams operating across .NET and PHP technologies. You will provide day-to-day leadership, direction, coaching, and oversight to ensure the teams are operating effectively and delivering high-quality outcomes.Key responsibilities include:Matrix-managing engineering teams across .NET and PHP technology stacksDriving high standards of technical quality, delivery performance, and engineering best practiceIdentifying and removing delivery blockers to maximise team effectivenessImproving ways of working and helping teams operate more efficientlySupporting greater integration between these teams and the wider technology organisationActing as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders and engineering leadershipGuiding technical decision-makingChampioning AI-augmented software development, helping teams leverage tools such as Claude Code and/or Devin effectively Equal Opportunities Statement
