We're hiring a designer to execute visual assets across our email flows, retention sequences, landing pages,and website. Strategy and copy are already in place — we need someone who can move quickly, stay on-brand, and produce polished assets at volume.
Key Responsibilities:Paid MediaDesign static image ads for Meta and other paid channelsCreate ad variations for A/B testingDevelop promotional, seasonal, and campaign-specific creativesDesign UGC-style and branded ad assetsEmail MarketingCreate visuals for welcome, cart abandonment, post-purchase, winback, and retention flowsDesign infographic panels, comparison charts, benefit callouts, and "how it works" graphicsCreate product render cards and email hero imageryDesign buyer and non-buyer email variantsWebsite & Landing PagesCreate graphics for landing pages and A/B testsDesign website banners and promotional assetsEdit and format product photographySupport homepage and collection page updatesToolsFigma (required)Basic photo editing and retouchingExperience with email design best practices is a plusBrand Style: You'll work within an established Figma design system. Our visual identity uses black, cream, and yellow, with authentic athlete-focused photography and a warm, confident brand voice.Requirements
2–4+ years of design experienceStrong portfolio showcasing email, ecommerce, DTC, or marketing design workExperience creating high-volume digital assetsStrong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyClear English communication skillsAbility to work from 9 AM to 6 PM ESTNice to HaveDTC, Shopify, or ecommerce experienceCPG, health, fitness, wellness, or food & beverage brand experienceExperience with email marketing and performance creativeBenefits
