Account specific roles and responsibilities
Review and process authorization requests from insurance companies. Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently. Ensure that all assigned tasks are completed by the end of the day, with no pending items. Track and monitor task completion and provide timely updates to the direct team lead. Requirements
At least 6 months BPO Healthcare Experience Has experience processing Prior AuthorizationMedicare/Medicaid experience is a PLUS, not requiredGood verbal and written English skillsWith good attention to detailsMust be willing to work on-site in MandaluyongAmenable working night shiftsBenefits
