Your Success Profile What You Will Work On
Execute day-to-day operations as part of the Justworks Benefit, including:
Conduct recurring daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly audits of system data and data from our partners Oversee daily incoming and outgoing file feeds to ensure the timely sharing of data Collaborate with team leads to triage any system bug investigation and own end to end remediation with engineering Communicate with our partner to relay issues and findings of audits
Maintain partner and internal partner SLAs Assist the Sr. Analyst with completing regular billing and invoicing of contributions for our Benefit Partners Work with internal stakeholders including Product, Engineering, Legal, and Finance and external stakeholders including Benefit Partners when necessary to resolve escalated issues Own or assist the Sr. Analyst with any system bug investigation and remediation Gather and analyze customer benefits data and other sensitive information, utilizing SQL, Excel, and proprietary systems Identify and resolve errors and pain points in benefits operations using creative technical solutions Assist with executing regular filings and/or any additional regulatory duties Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure systems and procedures are updated accordingly Track, analyze and report on regular KPIs Create various operational tools and dashboards as needed Partner with other team members on various project work as needed QA any member data as needed Identify pain points in benefit operations and work with our Product and Engineering teams to improve systems and resolve issues Assist the Sr. Analyst in coordinating system implementation of new benefits features with Product and Engineering teams

Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role SQL knowledge required Strong written and verbal communication skills Extremely detail-oriented with great time management skills Experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment Experience working cross-functionally Strong analytical and data management skills Strong execution skills Tableau, Jira, Excel, and Confluence experience preferred Knowledge of Employer Sponsored Benefit Plans + 401(k) required Retirement certifications (RPF, QKA, etc) strongly preferred
The base wage range for this position based in the NYC-metro area is targeted at $91,000 to $110,000 per year.
The base wage range for this position based outside the NYC-metro area is is targeted at $85,000 to $103,000 per year.

Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
